What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are the costs undertaken by third party logistic partner to bring your ordered item to your doorstep. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the product(s) ordered. However if you choose to pick up from our store that would be free ofc charge.

How quickly can I get my order?
We do our best to get your orders delivered by the date listed on the product page. Within Kathmandu Valley: 2-3 working days from the date of order placement Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3-5 working days from the date of order placement.
My order is delayed. What should I do?

How do I cancel my order?
If your order is under pre-shipped status and your order is eligible for cancellation, “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.
Click on “My Account” and click on “My Orders” in the drop-down
Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” Button
Fill out the cancellation request form
Choose the item(s) you need to cancel

Which currencies does Usoft accept?
At the moment, we only accept Nepali Rupee.
Which credit/debit cards are accepted for payment?
We accept all major “Credit” and “Debit” card that are supported by “Visa” and processed by e-Sewa.
How can I get a refund when my payment method is credit/debit card?
You can get refund as per the refund method you have selected while filling the Online Return From.Your refund method depends on your payment method.
For e.g. if you have paid via Credit/Debit Card then you can opt for Refund Voucher or Credit/Debit Card as your refund method which will be processed within 15 working days.
Is it secure to pay via Credit/Debit Card?
Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit/debit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do retain your credit/debit card information after your order is completed it is submitted directly to our banks to process your payment.
Do I need to pre-pay for my product when I order it?
Pre-payment is 100% safe and easy. However, Usoft also offers you the possibility to pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). With COD, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.

Does Usoft offer installment plans?
Currently, Daraz does not have installment plans. However, we will soon be launching Easy Monthly Installment plan for selected categories.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Usoft
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Usoft. The order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. In case your order is delivered partially you will be required to pay only for the item that has been delivered to you. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice. Please note that we will never ask you to pay extra cash to the rider.
Are all products on Daraz original and genuine?
Yes, we are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products. We also take all necessary actions to ensure our suppliers provide us with the true authentic products. There are no hidden costs or charges when you order from Usoft. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.

Where should I go for my warranty claim?
Please refer to the manufacturer (or service center) details on the warranty card included with your product (if applicable). If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual, product packaging or contact our customer service [email protected] for more details.
How do I know if a product comes with free installation?
Free installation is offered for selected products only. Be sure to check the product description of products to get more details about installation.
How do I know if a product comes with warranty?
If a warranty is offered on a product, the warranty period will be displayed on the product page, at the bottom of the product description.
I lost my warranty card. How can I claim warranty?
Even if you’ve lost your warranty card, you can still claim warranty by presenting your Usoft invoice to our shop in Newroad.
